My consulting journey started right here, with the SDGs.

Over the past 4 years I've delivered this workshop dozens of times for enterprises as well as entrepreneurial programs.

We'll break down the framework, its history, pitfalls, and opportunities for both impact and ROI. And together we'll map out an SDG strategy rooted in internationally recognized impact standards.

This can include everything from a simple cross-mapping, to strategy integration, to a full-on impact measurement engagement where you leave with a working system to track your impact in full alignment with the SDG framework.

In this workshop, I present an introduction to ESG, it's value and opportunities before getting into an interactive implementation roadmap activity, featuring a variety of frameworks from which you can choose from.

Featuring everything from SDGs, to GRI to TCFD, to SASB to B Corp, we'll make sense of the alphabet soup together, and get started with your impact measurement journey.

I’ve helped to author crucial international standards for impact measurement, breaking them down for various audiences.

For community groups and organizations alike, I host discussion-based workshops on the basics of climate change, climate justice, and ways to activate that justice in our workplaces and communities.

This workshop can also include brief simulation activities on climate preparedness and/or negotiations.

I love working with groups together (IRL or virtual) and taking them through a focused session on different issues.

These can include org strategy, strategic foresight, climate justice and preparedness…the possibilities are endless!
